I choose to come to Northwest because I wanted to go to smaller school with a supportive community, and a rich history where I knew I would be able to make friends and have opportunity for leadership. I also love Northwest because I am a sports fan and Northwest kills in D2 sports.
My favorite part about being a Bearcats is the saying/value of OABAAB or Once a Bearcat Always a Bearcat. Northwest does any amazing job with alumna and really trys to foster a community with any past,present, and future bearcats. Once you come to Northwest you are still able to use so many recourses that campus has many years past your graduation, and alumna have so much pride for this school witch really shows the amazing community building done here.

Developer: People who are in the Developer theme recognize and cultivate the potential in others. They spot the signs of each small improvement and derive satisfaction from these improvements.
Arranger: People with Arranger talents are always thinking about the best way to do things and how things can be put together in different ways for greater efficiency, productivity and clarity.
Connectedness: People with dominant Relationship Building themes like Connectedness build strong relationships that hold a team together and make it greater than the sum of its parts.
Consistency: People who have the Consistency theme are keenly aware of the need to treat people the same. They crave stable routines and clear rules and procedures that everyone can follow.
